Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation with Dr. Feins to discuss your concerns. Dr. Feins believes in providing information that will allow you to make the decision most appropriate for you. He believes it is equally important for him to listen to your concerns in order to provide a cogent, therapeutic treatment plan designed uniquely for you. Depending upon the complexity of your situation, a subsequent visit may be required prior to any surgery. This will allow us to gather needed information and any prior approvals from your insurance company, if required.
A complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment prior to surgery.
IMPORTANT: All patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit. If possible, please arrange child care for any young children not involved in the consultation.
